Gradum

This word means “step, grading, value” in Latin and it represents the wine elaboration process which is slow, gradual and in permanent evolution.

We have chosen a clock as our image to analogically represent the concepts of the passing of time and the gradual process of wine making.

This wine is elaborated with grapes grown in the province of Mendoza in Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon varieties.

It is a Premium wine which matures in oak casks. This is an excellent aging wine, where its tannin harmony is present in its specially agreeable after taste.

Its ideal tasting temperature is 16ºC to 18ºC.
