The quality of our honey is in accordance to the European Union regulations and the regulations of the most demanding international markets: it is pure, unadulterated and not fermented, HMF max. 10 mg/kg, moisture max. 19,00 %, free from additives, contaminants and residues / antibiotics, such as Phenol, Sulphonamides, Streptomycin, Tetracycline, Nitrofuranes and Chloramphenicol.

Bulk Honey
The honey is commercialized in drums of approximately 330 kgs. Each drum has a number of inscriptions which enables the customer to determine where this honey has been harvested and processed, being then possible to grant a greater security to the final consumer of the product.
