The region where Argentina chicken are elaborated is located in the Humid Pampas, an area where the cereals and oil crops exported to the world are produced.
With these same cereals is elaborated the balanced food which are fed Argentine Chickens.
State-of-the-art technology in processing installations, meatpacking plants, means of transport and operator training, ensure an excellent product with the maximum food safety. This guarantee is controlled and certified by the SENASA, National Service for Sanitation, Health and Quality for Agricultural Foodstuff.
Processing Plants
Our client has two processing plants equipped with the latest technology, where more than 70 million birds are processed every year. Each plant has a slaughtering area with continuous production lines that can process 9,000 chickens per hour.
A second area is used for the production of whole chickens and wind-chilled cut-ups while marinated products are elaborated in a third area.
One of the plants also has a sector for the production of frozen breaded products that is equipped with two chilling tunnels that can refrigerate or freeze more than 40 tons of finished products per hour.
Both establishments have implemented and certified international sanitary regulations in BPM, HACCP and Traceability control to guarantee hygiene and bio-safety standards and are subject to permanent inspections and audits from domestic and foreign official sanitary authorities. These controls granted us the authorization and approval to export to the European Union and the world´s most demanding markets.

In order to meet the needs of the foreign market and the most demanding clients, a special area was created and equipped with advanced technology in order to process a wide and complex range of products required by the most selective markets of the world like Japan and the European Union.
The Quality
All the farms and processing plants follow strict procedures of BPA, BPM, HACCP and Traceability audited by Quality Assurance Teams and validated in their own laboratories.
Our commitment is not only aimed at satisfying our clients but it also includes the hygiene and bio-safety of our products from the farm to the table, the tracking of every process, the special care provided to birds and the preservation of the environment.
Distribution
In 1998 Our client opened a new DistributionCenter and two chilling tunnels of the Carton Freezer type, which resulted in a quick improvement of the distribution service and enhanced the stocking capacity to meet domestic and international requirements.
The logistics center equipped with the most modern technology extends for about 10,000 m2 and holds about 4000 tons of finished products in an environment of rigorously controlled temperature conditions that guarantees maximum care for the products.
It also has a picking area specially designed to weigh and label the products in accordance with the requirements of our supermarket retailers. The section is equipped with high-speed scales capable of weighing and labeling 600 packages per minute and the loading dock area has a logistics software that enables the loading and shipment of 16 vehicles simultaneously while monitoring and checking the movement of all goods which are connected to radio frequency terminals.
